DAY 7 thu This week is really testing me.. Yesterday I couldn't help but let my urges move me towards almost relapsing. Very close call. Today's been quite an unfortunate day so yeah, really having to fight it right now.
Honesty above all, so, had a slip with pure P viewing. Pictures, but P is P pretty much, innit? Quite disappointed, but well...time to practice what I preached above I suppose. Will take it one step at a time and downgrade to a lower amount of days, see you guys next month. Or mid month once I complete the shorter challenge? IDK. One day at a time...that is all we can do. Keep walking people, keep walking I am proud of you lot! EDIT: Minor thing, but this is like the first time I have had a pure P lapse with no MO. I am gonna take that minor win. Gotta cut the loop somewhere, right? Gonna go meditate/yoga now, bai.
Day 1 is successfully completed. It really seems easy now. Let's see how it will be in the coming days.
