Day 0 again
Im gonna get the the moon!
Then the stars!

Everyday is a second chance, dont waste it like you did in the first yesterday
Day 1 and 2 down yesterday and today
Day 1 ! just relapsed after 30 days
Day 1, completed easily

If you were to make one change, I'd suggest opening Google Calendar or getting out a pen and paper to plan your day. Start to end.
Make sure to leave time for meals, but make it packed. That way you don't simply have time to let your thoughts wonder towards PMO.
'Oh, it's time to work on my project. After that I'll make a healthy lunch. Can't wait to go to the gym after lunch, I'm going beat my deadlift PR!'
