Alright. Started NOFAP in 2017 had a few relapses on the way which I've learnt from, period of time where I was 5 months free. Now it has been 1 week since my last relapse and I am currently on Day 16.

I myself failed on the 66 day of my last streak and I think that the major mistake that I made was to keep count of the day after the first month PMO free. You say to yourself, only a few more day but even if you reach your 90 days goal then what? You start another one of 6 month? I think that there is a point where you have to stop keeping a count of the days and start counting in month instead it will make things easier because you won't have to focus on abstinence every single day bro

Today I got a mot of urges but turned that enegry into my relationship and enjoying the sun

 

relapsed but starting again! No stop until victory!
