    Trying to quit pmo since last 5 years. :'(
    Wasted my life due to this. Small sized, low semen etc. Iam 24. With all other worries and stress, this is just adding more negativity in my life. I remember i took a month off from pmo bwfore 5 years only. And im doing it since 12. Starting my day 1/365 with a promise to not to break it this time.

    Day 80, feel good to be on the right path again! Alot of stress at work though, this affects my sleep alot as I always had an history of low quality sleep.
