Check in day 46/60 feeling more motivated and can actually feel myself healing, keep going everybody this is life changing
10/60 Cold shower Workout Meditation I threw away a book with vouchers that had been expired long ago, too. Plus some booklets/leaflets from the same drawer. I relished sleeping in and sensing my horniness this morning. I am going to use that energy today to get some stuff done.
11/60 Cold shower Running Meditation More expired stuff: contact lenses and liquid. Why do I keep stuff for years that shouldn't/can't be used anymore?
12/60 Cold shower Workout Yoga Meditation I sorted out: a street map of South Africa, a picture frame I didn't like and two cheap rain capes. I didn't buy anything but food, which wasn't too difficult. Thus this week's challenge is completed. To be renounced next week: Tea and coffee. Instead I'll pay heed to very regular sleep of at least 7,5 hours per night to feel wide awake. Anybody who likes to join me on these tiny extra goals is most welcome ofc =) Btw I told my SO today of my Nofap project and got an understanding reaction, which feels great right now.
