[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 2/7
Still flatline and anxiety but this time I managed to just hold my breath and feel my body and its sensations. It was terrible but I did it. Keeping on writing a daily journal and, what I noticed is that without PM I have more energies to invest in my daily life than I had before and this is extremely satisfying Stay strong and keep on going

Better than the other two days, I feel I have more energies to invest to my daily activities. That's so cool!
