I would say that you should see this day as a new life... And forgive yourself and anyone else of the past ... Start a new life from today ... Aim for things you always wanted to do ... Start from zero and create a beautiful life for yourself ... All the best for the journey ...

Day 3. Another day down. Had a little stress today but was able to push through my urges pretty easily. I have been around my family a lot, it seems to help. I have found that one of my biggest triggers is being alone. Not really a good way to avoid that all the time but reminding myself where I want to be is what I choose to focus on.
