26/207 Finally I logged in to work yesterday and it didn't feel as bad. There was one long pending issue, which got resolved. I am really happy for this. More open issues to be addressed in the upcoming weeks.

These triggers get me 90% of the time. My plan this time around is to force my thoughts away from sex all together. I've been working on controlling the direction of my thoughts, not letting my mind follow its own every whim but rather exercise discipline over what I think about. Every woman, no matter how, shall we say, attractively dressed, is simply another person to me now. Otherwise my thoughts become sexually obsessive. Not just about her, but it opens the flood gates for all other thoughts. Funny enough this sexual obsession only happens when I'm on a longish streak. So glad you're starting to feel better LWtG!
