In early stage of my reboot, I have had all king of withdrawal symptoms you probably known or read in this forum. And INSOMNIA was one of them. It used to be a big deal for me 3-2 years. But now I feel it's completely fine. And I've started to realize it's my body that's going through the reboot process and it doesn't like it at all.
Can't ducking sleep.... it's been a week of hell of INSOMNIA. Some symptoms such as constipation, insomnia, agoraphobia, gut issues, and brain fog refuse to go after 6 years of nofap.
Bro you’ve been here for years you need to start trying to live life you can’t let this consume your whole life I know paws can make you pretty much handicapped but after this long you need to try something else don’t give up on nofap obviously but maybe think about trying an alternate route.

Without P, M and O but I'm unable to have sex right now due to PIED and Sexual Exhaustion. No desire for sexual content at all. Pretty much dead down there....
My reboot now is very different I’m currently on a ssri and so far seriously helped my retardation yes I’m 99% I had some form of psychomotor retardation caused from paws I have been here for fucking years so I had to do something else I successfully completed around 21 months of hardmode before relapsing and it’s been a uphill from there not because the relapse but because how low the relapse made me so I was very desperate to change my ways but u do not recommend a ssri at all and if your considering speak to a doctor but from my personal research and opinion they have a good chance making people worse off so do your own research before dabbling in antidepressants but ye so far so good

And do you really think you saying basically stop winging gonna help him out or lead to a good outcome? I don’t think so and yes he may have underlying issues but he’s just stating how he feels on a forum and asking for advice don’t think I’ve once seen him say all my life problems and symptoms are due to pmo.
