    Hi, I have one journal, deleted the old one. I just do niot post often as really I feel, honestly, completely free of PMO abuse. So for me the academic side of it is what interest me now: why do we struggle with PMO? I feel it is part of being human in the 21st Century - a highly unnatural environment. So my journal is now really just occasional musings about all this.

    You need to get the strategy right. Never give up. Analyse where and why things went wrong. Take heart ... it takes about 200 days really to get clean, then another 200 days to completely heal the brain. It can be done.

  To add journal to your profile-
  1. CREATE your journal. For that, Go to https://forum.nofap.com/index.php . There is a title, "Reboot logs". Under appropriate 'age group'
  create you journal. Write journal.
  2. COPY the 'link of your journal' which is in the address bar of the journal.
  3. Now PASTE the link in "journal thread link" box which is in 'personal details' in your account

One-sided sex, where she says "just do whatever you want" = NOT freely given. Don't take the pleasure, it increases emptiness. But when it's somehow mutual, it's beautiful. Anyway, thanks...

    Yes, this motto came to me early in my present pmo free streak - out of nowhere, I am not quoting anyone else. However to me, it makes incredible sense: it really is now my motto for life. Yes, you may TAKE a pleasure - but it is never worth it. However, a pleasure FREELY GIVEN is pure gold!
