Here I am once again, back to square one. I refuse to give up.

 

today is day 11 i havent had many urges at all. in fact while was on instagram i saw a bikini photo and i wasnt even aroused it didnt affect me in anyway. I feel like NOFAP is so much easier now but i am scared of flling into a rut in the future. I have been really depressed lately staying inside and doing nothing i feel like i dont have any real friends and the world is against me. I even question life sometimes

 

I tried to cheat in todays exam and it backfired on me, I hope I don't fail in todays exam. I need to study hard and all I did was time waste.
