Rules are simple: Do not watch pornography and do not masturbate. (Sex with partner is totally fine.)
If you relapse, you will be ambushed by the celestial beings of the Ōtsutsuki Clan who will trap you and seal all your abilities with a powerful sealing jutsu, you will lose all your progress and you will have to start all your training again. So always keep your guard up, do not underestimate anything.

Here is your path in the shinobi world against PMO:
Day 0 - Academy Student
This is where you will be trained and prepared for life as a Shinobi. So wake up, stop PMO!
Day 10 - Genin
You are a junior Ninja, you will help the village and will be sent to help others on missions.
Day 20 - Chūnin
You are a Journeyman Ninja, who has reached a level of maturity and ability that primarily consists of leadership skills and tactical prowess.
Day 30 - Jōnin
You are an Elite Ninja, you are generally highly experienced and highly skilled shinobi who serve as military captain.
Day 45 - Anbu Member
You are part of the Special Assassination and Tactical Squad, covert operatives of capable ninjas that are dispatched by the village leader.
Day 60 - Akatsuki Member
You are now part of a group of shinobis that exists outside the usual system of hidden villages. You are strong enough to pursue whatever you may find its the right thing even if it consists braking the rules, in the end you are just trying to survive and change the world your own way.
Day 75 - Sennin Mode
You are now in an empowered state that can be entered by blending natural energy with one's chakra, creating senjutsu chakra. Sage Mode allows users to tap into the natural force of the world, opening up new techniques to them and allowing them to power up existing ones with the new senjutsu chakra.
Day 85 - Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan
You now have The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, that is the second strongest dojutsu kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan, being a more powerful variant of the Mangekyo Sharingan.
Day 100 - Nine-Tails Chakra Mode
You have conquered your inner demons and transformed their hatred into love using its energy to become even more powerful, you are now using the chakra of the Nine-Tails.
Day 150 - Rinnegan Bearer
You've been gifted by the gods with the Rinnegan, the Rinnegan is reputed as the most exalted eye amongst the "Three Great Dōjutsu". It is said that in times of disorder, one who wields the Rinnegan is sent down from the heavens to become either a "God of Creation" who will calm the world or a "Destroyer" who will reduce everything to nothingness.
Day 200 - Six Paths Sage Mode
After so many battles, you achieved a divine transformation gifted by Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki to those who have an iron faith and the guts to never give up. It significantly enhances the user's powers and allows them to use a number of new techniques.
Day 250 - Kage
After many battles and victories under your name, the whole world recognizes you and everybody knows that you are the strongest, the protector, the one to be in charge, you have earned respect all over the world and you shall rule doing what's right and protecting those you love. Those who have achieved the title of Kage are the leaders of the five most powerful Hidden Villages and generally the most powerful ninja in their respective villages. You are a legend!
NOTE ABOUT THE RANKS: No more ranks will be added, simply because the forum won't allow more words to be typed nor more than 20 gifs. All ranks were thought out and are the relevant ones. Thats how it should be. Only cannon ones and that have a good gap between one another and relevant cannon information.
