Day 13 and this is the first really hard day. Had a sex dream and have been super horny today since I woke up. Wifey is on a trip so urge to PMO is really strong.

Day 5 Had a wd tonight, and consequentially couple of urges this morning. All of them vanished after my rowing practice. Still losing lot of time doing nothing. I must prepare myself to enter school routine and be ready to study without having urges.
Day 0 - No PMO I'm not having troubles with urges at the moment. I'm really focused on my studies to get the driving license. I have the exam on friday. I've just completed the 7-days challenge, day 0 for this one.
That is pretty much when it counts most! Those moments decide if you are going to succeed with ending this addiciton are your going to keep spinning in circles. Every relapse set us back to Day 0, and we can go without PMO for days, but when the next big urge strike and we relapse...we are again back to Day 0. And again, and again... It's an endless circle. We always promise ourselves it will be different this time, but it won't! We need to stop feeding the monster and refuse to give it any food, especially when we are dealing with extreme urges. Now I know, this is super easy to say, but super hard to do.
Día 1/14. Estamos progresando. Continuamos con el plan de una nueva forma de vivir y ver las cosas. Ser uno para los demás y olvidarse de tocar, para el resto de la vida. Que tocar y acariciar a otros con palabras, con la mirada, los gestos y una buena actitud es lo que hoy y de ahora en adelante.
Day 1 - No PMO Strong urges didn't bother me during these days. The occasional urges were not strong enough to win my resistance.
Day 1/14. We are making progress. We continue with the plan of a new way of living and seeing things. Be one for others and forget to touch, for the rest of life. That touching and caressing others with words, with the look, the gestures and a good attitude is what today and from now on.
