Back to day 0 again. Very frustrated that I nearly finished this challenge, and then fell again after only 4 days.

Day 1 down! No sexual desire, and kept my mind on productive things.

Day 1 check in. Going well. Will be traveling again soon. Might not be able to check in for a few days.

One of the triggers for me is movies. I don't know why but when I binge on netflix, I start using PM again. So I'm staying of netflix for a few days as well.
