Day 0/3 I just relapsed. I feel like absolute shit and have so much brain fog at the moment. I just took an ice cold shower and had breakfast. Im going to the gym soon. Im more determined than ever to absolutely crush this challenge! And go back to the 7 day and eventually 14 day challenge.
Day 1/3 Had lots of brain fog and couldnt think clearly. But I still went to the gym and go to soccer practice. The workout went decent but I noticed that I had a big energy drop in the afternoon and that my energy was lower than on my NoFap streak.
