Day 1. I really struggle with urges in the mornings, My really bad habits involved getting my fix before getting out of bed. I guess I need a new habit for my mornings.

Day 3. Very proud of myself, last night and this morning I managed to keep my mind occupied and fight the urges. Feeling better about my progress but still anxious.
