Hai guys... its been nearly 9 years i had been watching porn. I am total addict. Porn also caused sever depression and anxiety in me. I don't know how many time I tried to quit this. But I failed all the times. I am really helpless. I have decides to seek help from a therapist with in one month. I hope I will recover soon.
It's been only 20 hours since last PMO. Joined NoFap and started counter today. Hope to touch 7 day mark.
