Day 35 of 90. Oh boy, I am on my 5th weeks of no PMO and I feel triumphant. As of this whole week, I have been having troubles with this one person and it actually made me mad. 5 weeks of no PMO has changed my mindset so rather than jacking off, I decided go meditate and read a book. I felt better. There are all these emotions and reactions that when I was attacked by one of them, I didn't go back to my old ways of retaliation. Day 18/90. I am trying to keep myself not to get over-confident or pride for completing number of days during this streak. It is one of the reasons why i relapsed before streaks.
