Hello guys,i just would like to thanks everyone for helping me,this website helps a Lot,maybe i wouldn't be here without It. And one thing i was thinking,when you reach the same nofap streak over and over again,what If the good And bad effects become a bit "lighter",Like If your mind got used to It,and to bring pmo back,tries to reduce the positive effects? Does anybody noticed this?Do you guys think maybe nofap has a expiration date?(im talking only about perks that come within the First part of rebooting,that come along with testosterone boost)
from personal experience, the energy burst wore off, not sure about the rest though, since I have yet to see it
