Hi, today is the 22nd day of my reboot, during the first 10 days I had a problem that I mentioned here https://forum.nofap.com/index.php?threads/could-you-advise-me.307443/#post-2974665 and here https://forum.nofap.com/index.php?threads/scar-on-my-soul.307591/#post-2977247 And 2 days ago I started to have a picture of another movie in my head although I had it before many times and but. currently, it hurts me and I'm having the idea of watching it again or only relapse for one more time and I know there is no such a thing as once more. but OCD of this idea is killing me and I have an exam tomorrow and I'm hardly studying because these thoughts and pictures are taking over my head. , so I want to know if anyone was like me and if so, how did you overcome this problem.
