Day 1 without Edging. Day 22 without MO. 1208 days without Porn out of the last 1212. Day 119 without Caffeine. Progress, not perfection.
Day 35, life feels way better when you wake up after 8 hours of sleep instead of 3 hours of sleep and 5 hours of edging to PMO.
Day 2: Keeping myself busy and out really helps reduce the temptation of PMO but it increases my temptation to resort to my bad habit
Even though im on flatline, I have a lot of energy, just low/depressed mood. Doing pull ups and cardio to get out of this.

21 days/3 weeks in a few hours. Flatline hitting hard (sadness/no libido/low mood). Quitted sugar cold turkey 2 weeks ago. Keep pushing
