Day 12. I kind of of feel normal. My urges aren’t as strong but I still get them. I do slip up but I am careful to recover. I can’t remember how long it’s been since I have been able to abstain. Here is twelve days and then I will try a 30 day challenge. Cheers to you mates.
Day 3; BoOm I’m doing this. Had another time up now to know when I’m centred and things are running accordingly. I don’t expect to feel good all the time, if not human to feel good 24/7 but I sure as hell know on my down days that if I don’t relapse I the next day is almost always a lot easier to deal with
The fourth day is over. (4/14) Nothing dangerous yet. Being occupied with work, workout, music and reading.
Doing this one again (Didn't make it last time). Totally doable, and I'm really happy I'm making this commitment. No PMO 14 days.
3/14 I had sex again last night. That definitely helps the nofap. But I also notice my EQ drops the next day. I still have work to do to counteract the PIED!!
