Seems like a good idea, that's the midday of day 1... Day 0 was a mess! What's good : Nothing. What's bad : Anxiety while walking outside - Brain fog, disability to learn, no concentration - dizziness. Will post again at the end of the day, I'm going to the gym now. Wasn't able to post yesterday, but 7/7 was completed. Moving to the 14 day challenge. I chose to reward myself with my favorite treat anytime I complete one of these challenges. It really works! At first, I didn't want to, but my brain thanked me when I did. There's something different about enjoying something just to enjoy it and enjoying something as a reward.
