3/7 - I know it's gonna get tough now. I'll unplug my PC and only use computers in the uni library the coming days as a safety measure!
Made it through day 3 yesterday. Starting day 4 really wanting to give in (both mentally and physically). Gotta push through, it'll be worth it.
Holy crap I lost track of when my streak began and I realized today is actually day 6/7 for me :O I just need to make it to 4:11AM tmw and I'm done! Hang in there guys! If made it this far, you can too!!!
True, triggers and sometimes other things that affect you as well. It takes time but as long as we try to learn from it and then apply that so we actually get better. Learning but not applying it isn't very helpful. Starting again, 0/7.
Day 4 of this challenge! The bully brain is often a huge trigger for me. I beat myself up for silly things and start frantically looking for a quick and powerful relief. Need to practice controlling the suffocating thoughts. Breathing meditating really helps. Let's go!
