My highest streak was 6, currently on a 4 days run, new member of the NoFap forum.

Today I woke up feeling a strong desire for M'ing, because I just woke up I couldn't think clearly and almost relapsed.
If i started M'ing earlier, I would definetly relapse, but woke up after a stare at the bright morning sky and stopped thinking about it.
Hardest part of the day.

Basically staying away from non-P sites I usually visit, just because they might contain triggers.
Hope this works out.
