I am 3 days sober. But lets turn the pendulum back to day 0 for this challenge.

 

Just got here from the 3 days challenge.
I'm on 3/7 now. One day at a time or should I say 1 hour at a time ...

Not updating at night as the temptation are high at night...

Following my fitness and clean eating too...

But a bit scared when I am alone at home with my laptop and internet.. I keep the door open and do my work.. I am not trustinh myself anymore, that kind of scares me

 

Day 2 of a steak but I'm gonna go ahead and post here to keep me moving forward this go round.. 0/7!

I still feel like looking and I even felt like masturbating to porn for the convenience because my ex was looking to make some mistakes with me but I avoided that and I avoided porn. This is about the time I'd get into looking into some porn but I'm using the time to distract myself with this and get back to work. Day #3
