Using dumbbells at home, walking is not bad .. third day but started to be hard. Doing my best to do it for a week, still reading the getting started guide though.
Day 6/7 I'm starting to have very minor urges but way too weak to overpower me. In 3 hours I will be entering my 7th day, I have no time to think about silly urges. I will be completing this challenge and move to the next one. Motivation is high and resolve is strong. I hope everyone else overcomes their problems! - updated at 9:03 PM
Day 3 coming to an end. Not difficult because I didn't have a moment to myself, tired though. Going to bed a little earlier tonight. Stay the course people!
