Day 3. Just got off work and the urge is there. I'm going to make sure I stay out of the house as much as possible today. I booked a bus ticket to visit some friends in two weeks. It would be a great goal to keep this up until then, at least in the short term. I'm really glad to have something I can look forward to right now. It helps.
Going back to the three day challenge. I MO'd. No P, which is a positive, but the MO part for me personally feels almost as bad.
Day 5 down, 2 left )) Give me a F, give me a A, give me P, give me a S, give me a T....that word is too long, but let's go Fapstronauts!!! Stay strong!
Day 3 (4/7) complete. Starting day 4. I'm feeling the urge really bad now in the mornings and late evenings. I'm going to try waking up and going to sleep early in order to spend less time in bed.
