I can keep busy let’s hope that is enough

Relapsed yesterday, because of stress over a job search. Got back on nofap today. Day 1

 

OK, Lupus did this challenge (7/7), completed on Wednesday.

 

Day 3 of 7. Some small urges, but allowed them to pass and kept busy. I'm still sober after 19 days.

 

Approaching day six

Really struggling with urges, I have plans to keep busy this weekend so should be ok

 

Hi everyone!!
After 132 days NoFap and no Porn, I had a week of relapse.
I am changing my Goals and back on track for at least 140 days.
First step 7 days. Glad to be with U.
One advice: Don't forget, as I did, to always have a clear goal!!

Day 5 passed by with minor urges, but it still was another victory.

 

Day 6/7 but i have seen some porn related videos that is hurting me lot but my nofap continues. Please share or give advice to quit porn
