Today i'm so happy without PMO

 

No time for porn today, focused only on positive things..

 

Today I am able to handle whatever life throws at me (with God's help).

 

Today I will not use porn because I’ll regret it if I do, just like every time when I did it in the past.There’s nothing for me in PMO, time to man the fuck up and break the fucking cycle once and for all!

 

Today I’m treating myself positively.

I will not PMO today because I am going to make this day worth of living, I will make this day awesome. I will do what I think its best.

Today I relapsed in the morning. I was so sad after relapse. And then I went outside and ran 10km, breathing refresh air, which encourages me.
Tomorrow is another day, I won't stop here.
