Hello guys, My nofap streak is 18 days and since yesterday i feel like I've lost my deep voice, having low energy and yesterday i did not get morning wood... However when i woke up today at morning i got morning wood a minute earlier and then it went down... And today I'm felt a lot irritated which i usually don't feel and i was feeling awkward and i was suffering a bit from forgetfulness... So, is this flatline phase?? If so.. How long will it last?
