I got close to 2 weeks various times, but since I'm on a downbeat lately I think I'll get back on track with just 7.
I'm on day 3 of this challenge. Feeling great, I'm going to be busy for most of the day, and have no intent to relapse. LET'S GOOOOOOO AND MAKE THIS DAY A GOOD DAY!
I woke up late, somehow managed to get back on track with my timetable. Had an immediate event come up, still managed to get back on track. I made a full workout plan, i will study some more later. I am improving. Thank you all. Day 3.
couldnt do it anymore.. wandered off, did it, thrice today... couldnt control myself... sorry guys.. i feel bad now
I've been there before. Don't beat yourself about it. Just keep going, and get better so you won't relapse again.
Day 4 of 7 today! Was too busy to update yesterday. Had some urges. Basically, to just touch or be nude. Couple of separate times wanting to image search for p-subs. That did not last long. I shut it down quickly. Grateful for this 7week challenge. Thinking of it, makes me get past the urges too. Three more days then hoping to add three more weeks to that. For now, one day at a time.
Measure a mans success by the amount of times he has fallen over and had the strength to get back up and carry on. You have fallen over, get up brother and carry on. Do not give up, do not give in. If you do not give in to the temptation, the temptation will give into you and the temptation will give up. This is a battle.
I failed but I wont give up this time. Trying NoFap for 2 years without having any good results. Its finally time for change.
Start small then build your days up, i could last around 4 days max without pmo but now i will really push the boundary to 7. Just try to increase it by a day. Start small and build your way up.
