This is my day 0 reset for 7 days.

I've done one day so this is my next step up.

 

I'm starting over from 8 days!

 

Day 4 complete.

 

I'd made it to 10 days and now I'm restarting at day 0.

 

Ready to begin my first serious nofap challenge. Let's do this!

day 5 is done, 2 more days to get into list of hall of fame , I will be strong, every one trying to get rid of this obsession hope you guys also wont give up, (GGWP DOTA Guys can understand), I am deviating my entire time and concentration for dota so that there wont be enough time to masturbate.

Day 1 is in the bag. I went for a bike ride with some friends this morning, then went to Brisbane for an Italian festival (my Fiorentina shirt got some love). I'm a little sunburned, but a great day otherwise. Who needs PMO?

As an aside: Meditating while sitting on a train is a challenge (I didn't have any guided meditations to listen to), but it's definitely worth it!
