Today I wont use porn because I will be buzy training and working and need to get up early tomorrow.

 

Today I will not use porn because i want to be able to look at myself in the mirror and see a person who is happy, not a wrecked one full of guilt and regrets for catapulting his daycounter to zero,not today !

I'm never giving in to porn again because it's a lie. A black hole of emptiness and despair. I came oh so close to giving in today because I felt down and depressed today. Feelings aren't everything, they come and go. What remains is the truth. I have to keep my mind on the truth at all times.

 

Today I will not use PMO because I feel so ashamed that I relapsed yesterday.

Although not MO, I did watch porn for one hour. I fought with PMO the whole day. I was so disappointed that in the afternoon I can't help to watch porn. When I was about to watch more porn and then MO, I felt so regret for the girl I love, that I finally forced myself to stop the shit.

I can't forgive myself, I can't. It's been so hard for me to make a 30+ days try. I want to cheat myself that I just watch porn for a short time while not doing any MO, which may not be regarded as a relapse. But I can't cheat myself, It is a relapse. And I must face the failure. I must restart, for my love, for my dream. I won't stop here, I won't stop here!!!
