I’ve made it 24 hours. This is my first post on this thread, so I guess this is Day 0 for the challenge. So far, other than a few urges, I’ve been able to hold off
Relapsed: It was bound to happen eventually, however I won't be discouraged! Breaking this addiction is going to be a long process but surely worthwhile. Day 0: I will do better this time!

3/7 In the morning I was at school till late in the evenings, got back home ate and watched some wildlife documentaries (I love them) afterwards I slept, woke up to do homework, and afterwards watched a cartoon (it's a way of renewing my mind, adding back innocent pictures and memories to my mind). No temptations so far.
