Day 21. In the morning i was very depressed and i was finding it very hard to get out of bed. But then i went to university and the things there were very well. I talked with people(something that i am not usually uesd to). When i got back home i started to feel depressed again. There are some moments of joy and sadness but thing that is keeping me going is the fact that i made it through 21 days and it would be a pity if i screw it ad this kind of prodress. In my sexual life thing are also not going so well. I don't feel desire to look girls, i get erections not so very often. But looking forward to see where this challenge will get me. Bless you all !

Day 1 completed. Have to keep myself busy in order to fight the urges. Stay strong guys!!!!

 

Day 6 probably. Everything ok .Working hard for exam tomorrow with full focus. Before joining it, I always used to get second rank ,and struggled to get first rank, to remove that topper and place me there, but not even once ,I succeeded .
But this time ,since I am on day 6/7 of no PMO, let's see whether my long wanting dream comes true or not. Fingers crossed!!!!!

Hey guys, i am mark, currently is 21 years old and i am a student.

I have a problem with hairloss for about 1 and half years. I have bern trying to abstinence from PMO ever since, its hard though because i dont have a lot of friend and i got lots of free times during my junior year. I have been replapsing for 3-4 days after nofap (highest was 8 days as I could remember) for 1 and a half years. I really2 hope that i could stop doing this stuff as soon as possible, i didnt know if nofap could help me gaining my hair back but its okay, i accept the way as it is, my current focus now is to stop from watching porn, masturbating and orgasm cause it effect my daily routine life. You know, this addiction cause me to lost my friends and make my mother worried (because my hair is getting thinner, she didnt know that its cause of PMO). My friend starting to make themselves distance from me cause evertime they want me to hang out, "No" is my first answer.

Going to have my first degree in business field next year, i hope i could go to my convocation with my health back up, i always feel sick, didnt have any extra strength thou, because of PMO...
