What I've realized from NOFAP...

Ive realized i have soooo much more power being apart of this NoFap family. Even though i am doing this for my personal family.. i have kept this addiction too myself out of embarrassment, and out of shame. In doing soo i could never quit. There is no repercussion for an issue if nobody knows about it. I always wanted to stop for my present family, and my future family, but because they never knew i was doing this,...
I guess the negative effects from porn, never motivated me enough to take the extra step and quit.
Now being apart of NoFap, i have let you guys know about my addiction.
I have set goals with you.
And i dont want to let you down.
I can relate to sooo much things people say on here, its a comforting feeling knowing im not alone in this battle.
Im going on day 4 of no porn now.
And i feel soo much stronger now then i have every felt before trying quitting porn.

My advice to others.....
Show love when you can! If you see a post where somebody is in trouble, give them motivation too achieve their goals.
This love goes a long way for them, and you!
Keep spreading love, and you will live in a world of happiness. I promise you.
