i kno that i finished the 7 days challenge but realtalk i relasped rite after so i think it doesnt count so here it is 0/7

 

Day 1 done today! Onto day 2

What to do after 7 days? Go on? But for these 5 days I was like "just 7 days, just 7 days, you can do it!" I think I won't be able to control after 7 days.

 

Go on! Think that's what you're supposed to do because in the grand scheme of things, while 7 days is great, it's no enough to completely reboot your system.

Day 3 completed. I had a major temptation when I went to bed but, I just relaxed and went to bed.

 

Day 2 ?? Ohhhh it is quite tougher than it seems but these chemicals can't spoil my commitment I will do itttttttt

 

Restarting the challenge after a couple months, day 0

I am starting from today. What will i have to do after visiting the post everyday, which is as per rules. I am new here...pls guide

 

Day 2 of 7 day challenge: Found it easier to focus on studying today and actually got at least an hour and a half's worth of work done. Now to get used to going to bed earlier slowly and waking up earlier and earlier every day starting now to be more productive.
