    Defeating a porn addiction is like a puzzle. Believe me its hard as fuck and anyone on this website can agree with me on this. I have struggled so hard to find the right pieces to put this damn puzzle together but its taking too long.

    First off I am really proud of myself for hanging in there and not giving up. I have been fighting this for a year and a half now. I know its embarrassing. But hey we cant accomplish our goal with the flick of a switch. Yes some guys have been able to just end their porn addiction on their first attempt at stopping and that's amazing. But truth is it takes more then a few attempts to end a pornographic addiction.

    If you are like me and are struggling to stop don't give up. There is hope. It might seem impossible but its there you just have to be determined to find it.

    As for me well I know what I have to do to defeat it and part of it is not being lazy. I am such a lazy ass its sad. I have gotten over weight and unhealthy. I really don't want to do anything. But I believe that just going to the gym, eating right and being happy will change that. Hopefully I will have some more pieces added to the puzzle in a few days. I am just trying to get through this week. Its been too long since I have gone 7 days without porn. I really need this guys.

    In my experience, this is very important to acknowledge. I am in my eighth year of recovery form sex addiction and progress keeps coming one tiny step after another. Sometimes the step is backward, but generally forward - a direction I am very, very grateful for. But still, eight years and counting...

    You are right, it's not easy but you can do this. This is my first time getting rid of my pron, my first attempt and i have gone over 40 days already. I deleted every peon on my computer and phone, i do not use porn blocker so i could still go online and search porn if i wanted to but i don't. It's all goes down to your will power, your ability to say No. i know it's hard. when i was about starting thing streak, i thought i would never get past a day or two but now 44 days. If i can do it, trust me you can. Just stay strong and focus.
