Today I will not use porn because there are 14 days more before new year 2018 when I can freely let go of the past and rebuild my future.

 

Today I will not use porn because I've assignment work to do and video games to play, basically I'm too busy having fun and moving ahead in life.

Today I will not use porn as I am worth more than the shame it brings, I've never felt better in myself after viewing it only worse.

 

Today I will not use porn because it is insane for me to keep repeating the same thing over and over again (PMO) while expecting to achieve a different result (feel good about myself).

 

Today I will not PMO, because I have exercised and going forward I don't want to ruin my progress. I came close to M yesterday, but I didn't want to O, so I didn't do it. Tried to find a way without O. Today I won't PMO because I am feeling really good, and I also did so yesterday!

Today I won't use porn as I will finish work for today, go directly to church and then get home late. Plus I don't want to do it and destroy my streak.
