[30-CHALLENGE] THE THIRTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

30 days! I'm happier than I can express that I've made it this far. It's been a long time since I've had a streak like this, and it makes such a difference having a community to check in with, full of people in similar situations. Good luck to anyone who decides to join this thread

Day 1/30 here, starting this one too. Hope I'll succeed.

 

I failed today, I gave in, I don't know if this is working or not but I will try the challenge again I lasted more than usual maybe this time I will last even more, it got me so depressed that I couldn't do anything else the rest of the day here we go again Day 0! I hope I won't do it again, I have exams and I wasted valuable time but I should let go.

 

Day 0/30. I relapsed.

 

Hey, just keep your head up and keep going on. Don’t beat yourself up over relapsing. NoFap isn’t a challenge really, its more of a lifestyle. Sometimes you may fail, but it’s how fast you get back up and on the path that matters.

Day 1. Great day, was busy most of it, heading off to work soon

 

Back to 0 :-( I feel bad because I have given up again. I know i can overcome this bad habit but need to say no when i have extreme strong urges. But i am on a good path before i am starting to quit pm i do it overday. Now i can quiet for a couple of days when i keep going it while be for a long time and then forever.

What i have learn this time is that tje setback always is in the nights.

If someone have hulp suggustions please give it.

almost there! i know this journey goes far beyond than 30 days but this is a milestone I've been seeking for very long time. looking forward to it.

 

19/30...becoming very difficult. Weird physiological withdrawal-like symptoms. My hands and feel will go ice cold, stomach becomes upset, muscles ache, etc. Not fun. =(

 

27 days in. Is anyone else finding other threads or forums as helpful as the challenges, like this one we are in... I’m determined to reach 30 days and beyond! If anyone can recommend other helpful areas on nofap that’d be great.
