im on my second week right now and im experiencing brain fog really badly anybody ever experienced this and do you know any tips to make it stop i excercise and am cutting bad on junk food im well hydrated so i dont know why i have it
This "brain fog" will be around for awhile even the "feel good chemicals" from exercise cant lift it for awhile. Just stay PM free and keep exercising for about 6 months, then it should lift little by little. Any addiction takes 2 years complete abstinence for your brain to "FULLY" heal/rewire itself, stick around it is worth it.
Also get plenty of GOOD rest. Go to bed at a decent time and be sure you got some rem sleep. Also, challenge yourself intellectually, your brain is a muscle and needs exercise too.
it took me like 3 months for mine to go away. I found exercising and swimming helped clear my head when it got real bad.

Wake up as early as possible. Even if you go late to bed, try waking up around 5 or 6 in the morning. You can go to bed in the afternoon if your timings permit if you feel tired from waking up early. Second thing is I use concentration music from youtube to meditate. Try this. Hopefully, you will kick the brain fog's butt soon. You can also use such music while sleeping.
Get a sugar-less tea and zip it. The oxidants it contain will help a lot. Keep going and wish u luck Edit : The brain fog feels like when u eaten too many meat based food. You will feel disconnected and disoriented. But remember that the brain fog is temporary, While the benefits of rebooting is forever!
