1. I'm grateful that I did not relapse today, that I was strong enough.
2. I'm grateful that I am able to be less self critical and more self loving.
3. I'm grateful that my I'm getting a new tux for my cousins wedding

 

I'm grateful that I am still developing professionally.
I'm grateful I'm achieving my goals.
I'm grateful I'm almost at 90 days with no PM.

 

Day 22

I am grateful for still having the opportunity to write a reminder post in here even though I'm so late right now.
I am grateful for amazing energy that I have right now.
I am grateful to God, for everything in my life.

I am grateful for everything that God gives me for.
I am grateful for having opportunity to make an appointment to play badminton tomorrow.

I am grateful that I'm live, considering the doctor said to quit smoking 12 years ago.
I am grateful for the peace of mind.
I am grateful for all these things I have at home.
I am grateful for my family, stepfather, mom, and my half-sister.
I am grateful that she is ok now, she was sick.

 

I’m grateful for unlimited access to incredible music online. Discovering and falling in love daily.
I’m grateful for my best friend. She’s always there to listen share and understand.
I’m grateful for my physical and mental health. So many people suffer and endure difficulties.

 

Today I'm grateful for:
-receiving Communion yesterday, now I have energy to keep growing up and I don't feel lonely anymore.
-having my old cat alive one more Christmas
-understanding that this fight is not about abstaining and that's it, it's about recovering self love and self respect.
