Hey bud, this is a good indicator of what has been going on in the hard wiring in your brain. I'm the same, I think occasionally about sex, but I've moved into this weird realm where I'm not interested in pursuing sex outside of pornography. (never had a problem when on offer.)

So think about it in the sense that your mind isn't processing information properly, you should see a woman your attracted to an have the biological urges to pursue her, fantasize about her, etc, that is a regular aspect of the human mind and human sexuality.

However because you can jack in and jack off, the brain has been wired to respond to that instantaneously because its instant gratification and lights up more points in the brain. The brain wants the dopamine kick no matter how small or diminished it is, and when you feel like that take a deep breath. Turn off your phone, tablets, or computer, and go for a walk. Keep doing that. If you get to the point where you must absolutely look at some porn. Go to the local corner store or shop and ask for a magazine, and maintain eye contact with the person the whole time smiling.

Something that might help.

i still struggling.....i was just about to jack off but i though lets just see my streak on nofap and i did and now i have come to my senses...
