Today I will not use porn because I don't want any distractions from preventing me from getting a job I enjoy.

I don't want to use sexting today because its fantasy, it's not something that will benefit me and it's not cool - it's always better to flirt with real women

Today I will not use porn because I have absolutely no energy to even want to. I have what I am sure is a sinus infection, and have had it for a week and a half. Today I felt especially shitty and I honestly do not even think I had a single major urge all day. Just been miserable all day.

You will be addicted and you will hate yourself for this!
And then you will be depressed and lose hope with yourself!
It always ends this way!
And i don't want any of this!

15 minutes ago I very nearly folded! I’ve experienced bouts of extreme anxiety and depression lately!
Today I won’t use porn or MO because it’s not the life I want, it leads to too many negative emotional consequences
