1 small urge today. Today i pass my last streak, great day today.
Might be goin through a little flatline but will get through it.

Day 18/365 Almost Relapsed today but couldn’t help but think about all the benefits I would lose.Day 23 is my record hopefully I beat it and go to 365 days. Keep me strong brothers !!!

17 days.

 

Day 6. So many positive things happening in my life. Because of that i think that i'm even more motivated today than i was at the start of this streak. My fire inside me is burning again and it is not going out this time!

 

Day 9/365, long time I did not post here, I had a tough week and still on going, God help me get through this one, I have faith in Him.

 

Day 25/365

Intense urge for about 20 minutes last evening, more so to seek out real women than to PMO but took a cold shower and meditated instead to stay true to monk mode. Feeling that urge made me realize how powerful and beneficial our sexual energy can be if harnessed and transmuted. Romance and intimacy with someone you love can be an amazing experience but there is so much more to life than sex and satisfying our carnal desires. We can do this! Let's use our energy to become great men and women and make a positive impact on the world!
