day 13/30 I have many time with urges today but i fight with this and I hopefuly win (thank you panic button). These are very difficult days for me because earlier I relapse about 14th days. So, please keep your finger crossed and pray for me, I try to remember you in prayer every day. Get fight!

 

Hey. I'm coming back to do the 30 day challenge my dudes . Ever since I relapsed after a 26 day streak, I've been REALLY struggling to stay PMO free. I've decided to stop the 90 day challenge and go back to the 30 day. Wish me luck! 1/30

For yesterday; Day 14 and with that it makes two full weeks of none PMO. It has definitely been helping with a lot of things.

And today we are 15 I have reached that zen like period, where I feel like I cant fail now, Ive put too much time in.
