I'm grateful for how much information is available online, accessible within minutes or even seconds of wanting to figure something out. I'm grateful for the meditators, students and masters alike, who took the time to document their experiences, and help map out the path for anyone wanting to get into meditation. I'm grateful for the things I dislike, for allowing me to learn and grow.
I am grateful for a good night's sleep w/o porn on my mind. I am grateful that I found my phone - 18 miles down a dirt road where I dropped it. I am grateful that I have things to do today, a list to keep me on track, and friends I can talk to. I am grateful that I am being honest with myself - my PMO tracker counter - I had to reset it, after a "relapse". I am still a better person than I was 4 months ago. I will take that bit of grace. That is sufficient for me.
