Day 8 and 9 gone! Today I got angry and I almalm broke the chain. But not today, not today.

 

Note to self

With a very busy day over, conclusions I have come to. Whatever happens I will not go back to the old habits. I will succeed in my endeavour because I bloody well have to and i have it within me. I just have never asked that of myself, i have taken from myself but rarely given back to myself. Because I have a will to, it is my want, its that simple. I rule my own mind. And my own body. At my age I have yet to be all that I can be. I am committed to meeting that guy. And I will. I owe my soul that much.

Day 7 done, today was a great day

 

Made it to day 27. There was lots of stress and some over eating. The old me would have broken my streak today, but this new version of myself stayed strong
