Feeling heavy . Intermittent fasting for 18 to 20 hours daily for about a month will help me lose some weight

 

Day 5/ 7 today. I feel crazy energy in me, its just beautiful to experience. Just came back from the gym and meditated. Now pumped up to go work.

Day 1 of seven. Feeling good

 

Today us day 4/7 nearly relapsed due to watching Altered carbon i advise you do not watch that show it will trigger a relapse. However all my vpn sites were not working so I ended up not falling down the rabbit hole and i came back 2 my senses. Hollywood is tge Enemy with all their sex scenes no more Hollywood for me , anyways hopefully day7 will come with a victory.

 

Day 1/7 going minor cravings but i didn't relapse

Same here dude it sucks now im thinking of fasting for 90 to battle my addiction

 

Oh, I'm just in a nasty 6-9 days of good, then 2-3 days of bad pattern. Writing in my journal. But I'm not very happy or optimistic right now.
